Saving jazz & blues...one musician at a time.

Looking to strengthen their brand and use the Web as a cornerstone of marketing and outreach, the JFA sought to use a website redesign to promote their image as the only organization dedicated to supporting Jazz and Blues musicians with housing and emergency living expenses, medical assistance, job opportunities and other programs. 

We partnered with the JFA on focusing their message though integrated content strategy and site structure. Referencing the classic aesthetic of mid-20th century Jazz, MSDS created a visual experience for JFA’s brand that celebrates America’s great art form—and the people who created it. Heartfelt success stories express the individual impact the JFA's life-saving work does, while an integrated store and donation system helps fund JFA’s operations.
