For three years MSDS led communications design for investment giant, TIAA-CREF's Institutional and Advisor Services groups.
Partnering with TIAA-CREF's marketing teams, MSDS helped define and execute a comprehensive communications strategy for sales and marketing materials and quantitative financial communications. In addition to production of hundreds of individual pieces of collateral across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly timelines, MSDS developed guidelines and tools and provided training to operationalize multiple design systems and tools for internal development.
